FAQ

Q: How many videos may I watch in a month?

A: There is no limit to the number of videos you may watch. We will constantly create new content, so there will always be something fresh to see!

Q: How do I use the Pay-Per-View option?

A: For any video that is not listed as “Free,” we offer a Pay-Per-View option for “Basic” members. Simply begin watching the video of your choice. At the end of a preview, you will be given the option to choose “Pay-Per-View” or upgrade to “Professional” membership. Members who use the Pay-Per-View option will receive a Certificate of Completion after finishing the quiz; your credits will also be saved and will appear in your Learner Log if you upgrade to “Professional” membership.

Q: How much is the “Pay-Per-View” option?

A: The cost for “Pay-Per-View” is determined by the length of the video: 30 minutes or less – $7.50, 45 minutes or less – $11, 60 minutes or less $15. You must register as a free “Basic” member in order to use this option.

Q: How do I earn continuing education credits?

A: Each video indicates the number of credits available and the accrediting body (ATA, CCHI, RID, WA-DSHS). Once you finish watching a video, the quiz will appear. Upon answering all quiz questions accurately, the credit will be automatically added to your Learner Log. “Basic” members will earn continuing education credits, however you must upgrade to a “Professional” subscription in order to view the Learner Log and print your Certificate of Completion. “Basic” members who use the Pay-Per-View option will also receive a Certificate of Completion by email.

Q: My credits do not appear in the Learner Log, even though I finished the video and answered the quiz.

A: Credits do not appear with “Basic” membership. Your credits will be saved and will appear in your Learner Log once you upgrade to “Professional” membership.
